Terms of Service

By accessing or using Otto by Nura Labs (“Otto,” “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Otto connects to accounts you choose (such as your email and calendar) and generates a short daily brief to help you decide what deserves your attention. Otto requests read-only access and does not send, modify, or delete content in your connected accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that happens under it.
• You must have the right to connect any account you link to Otto, and you must comply with the terms of those third-party services (for example, Google and Microsoft).
• You can disconnect any account or stop using the service at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users’ data, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service in ways not permitted by these terms.

Your use of Otto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we access, how it is used, and what we store.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Otto produces summaries and suggestions to assist your decisions; you are responsible for the decisions you make. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any brief will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nura Labs and Otto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
